Who we are

Lynxio Studio is a digital solutions studio. You can reach us at hello@lynxiostudio.com for any question about these terms, an order, a payment or an active project.

What we provide

We supply the following services:

  • Branding and creative design
  • Web design and development
  • Mobile app development
  • Digital marketing and growth
  • Video, motion and content production
  • AI and automation systems
  • CRM, sales and support systems
  • E-commerce systems
  • Consulting and strategy
  • Lynxio Studio Hub subscriptions (software access, billed per plan)

Lynxio Hub is a separate software application at hub.lynxiostudio.com with its own account terms inside the product. Custom studio work is governed by the proposal or project agreement signed for that engagement.

Hub subscriptions

You select a Hub plan and are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You may cancel future renewals at any time; cancellation stops future billing and does not automatically refund the current billing period. Refund handling is set out in our refund policy.

Custom studio projects and the 60/40 structure

Studio projects generally use a 60/40 payment structure. A 60% deposit is payable before project work begins. Once work has commenced, that deposit is non-refundable because it covers project initiation, planning, design and development work, resources and committed capacity.

The remaining 40% is due on completion of the agreed work and before final deliverables, production credentials, source files or other handover materials are released. Once the agreed work has been completed, the final 40% is not automatically refundable.

Scope changes, additional features, revisions beyond the agreed scope and additional services may incur further charges, quoted before the work is carried out.

Client responsibilities and timelines

Project timelines depend on us receiving the required information, assets, approvals and payments. Delays in any of these may extend the delivery timeline. See our delivery policy for how delivery works.

Intellectual property

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you once the agreed fees have been paid in full, unless your project agreement says otherwise. We retain rights to our own tooling, frameworks and pre-existing materials, and may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

If something goes wrong

If we materially fail to deliver an agreed service, the matter will be reviewed and resolved based on the specific project agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have that cannot legally be excluded.
