Cancellation policy.

Lynxio Hub subscriptions

• You may cancel future renewals at any time.
• The current billing period remains active unless otherwise stated, so access normally continues until that period ends.
• Cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically trigger a refund of the current period — see the refund policy for the 24-hour review window.
• To cancel, use the billing settings in Hub or email hello@lynxiostudio.com.

Custom studio projects

• You may request cancellation before project work begins.
• Once project work has commenced, the upfront 60% deposit is generally non-refundable.
• If cancellation happens after substantial work has been completed, amounts due for that completed work remain payable.
• Every cancellation is handled according to the applicable project agreement and applicable law.

To cancel or pause a project, email hello@lynxiostudio.com and we will confirm the status of the work and any amounts outstanding in writing.

Cancellation by Lynxio Studio

If we terminate a subscription or end an engagement, we may determine an appropriate refund or credit depending on the circumstances. Nothing in this policy removes rights you have that cannot legally be excluded.
