What the discovery call covers and what happens next.
Is the discovery call free?
Yes. The discovery call is a free 30-minute conversation with no payment and no obligation. We use it to understand your goals, discuss the approach and confirm whether the studio is the right fit.
How quickly will I hear back?
We reply to enquiries and confirm booking requests within one business day by email.
What should I prepare before the call?
Nothing formal. It helps to have a sense of your goals, your rough budget range and your target timeline, plus links to anything existing — a current site, brand files or references you like.
What happens after the call?
Within a couple of days you receive a written scope with the deliverables, timeline and fixed cost. If it works for you, we schedule a start date; if not, there is no further commitment.
Do you take on small projects?
Yes. Engagements start at single-scope work such as a logo system or a one-page site, and scale up to full brand, product and automation programmes.
