How the studio works.
Scope, pricing, timelines and ownership — the things worth knowing before we talk.
How is a project priced?
Every discipline lists a starting price for a Starter, Professional and Custom scope. The listed figure is a starting point — the final cost depends on scope, number of pages or screens, integrations and content requirements, and it is fixed in writing before work begins.
How long does a project take?
A first launch-ready phase typically runs two to six weeks, depending on the discipline. Identity work and single-page sites sit at the shorter end; multi-screen products, e-commerce builds and AI systems sit at the longer end. You get a dated schedule with your scope.
Can I combine several services?
Yes — most engagements do. Brand, website, e-commerce and automation are frequently delivered together as one programme so the strategy, design language and data model stay consistent instead of being stitched together later.
Do you work with businesses outside South Africa?
Yes. The studio works remotely with clients internationally. Pricing is quoted in USD with a ZAR equivalent shown for local clients, and calls are scheduled to suit your timezone.
Who owns the work once it is delivered?
You do. On final payment, full ownership of the design files, source code and accounts transfers to you, along with the documentation needed to run or extend the work with any team.
What happens after launch?
You can take the work in-house with handover documentation, or keep the studio on a retainer for ongoing design, development, content and optimisation. There is no lock-in either way.
